The SCS PDS 2010 Parylene deposition system is a vacuum system used for the vapor deposition of the Parylene polymer type C and N onto a variety of substrates. The coating is truly conformal and used for conformal protective coating of devices or in some cases even using the material as an insulating layer in the device structure.
